Abstract:
The grocery goods healthy products, as the blueberry and other berry fruits, have grown up substantially as a demand increasement effect in the market of that kind of goods. There are some studies about this issue, and the project purpose is to contribute with relevant information to increase the results at Universidad de la Sierra work in the theme. With the information generated, the regional producers will be able to develop better practices and save time and resources in the blueberry market. Is a tradition from the past for regional producers to concentrate only in livestock and farming in a low scale level, and the blueberry will add a great option in the foreign market, especially in the current opportunity of the positive trend in the market.
