LA INDUSTRIA DE LA PALMA DE ACEITE EN ACAPETAHUA, CHIAPAS: EL CASO DE PROPALMA

Abstract: This research presents a socio-organizational within the African Palm industry in Mexico, specifically in the company "Promotora de Palma del Soconusco S.A.P.I. CV- (Propalma)5, located in the municipality of Acapetahua, in the State of Chiapas, whose primary activity is the extraction of palm oil and palm kernel oil, and the production of products such as palm kernel and palm kernel husk flour. This research was developed under the qualitative approach, using the descriptive method, to see firsthand the company's organizational structure and determine the relationship with producers of Acapetahua.
