Abstract: In this paper, various documents were analyzed to determine the evolution of the Academics Groups that literature reports as: Consolidated, In Consolidation and In Formation, were taken for comparison those classified as Agrolivestok Science and Social and Administrative Science, in reason to be interest group to research centers and educational institutions works that have their being reason in the rural sector, agribusiness and agrolivestock and forestry management companies in Mexico. On the other hand, was analyzed the Research Programs to INIFAP has to attend several demands to present the society, mainly through the various actors in agricultural production chains, producer organizations or analyzed of different system - product of the country and finally a strategy for linking an SOMEXAA Academic Group and INIFAP through the Socioeconomics Program is proposed.
