OPTIMIZACION DE LA PRODUCCIÓN DE LECHE EN VACAS PARDO SUIZO SUPLEMENTADAS CON CONCENTRADO

Abstract: To determine the optimal technical (TOL) and economic () production of Brown Swiss cow’s milk supplemented with concentrate, built an econometric model, where the independent variable was the amount of concentrate supplementation and the dependent produced milk volume. Field information came from a herd of 10 cows Brown Swiss, located in the municipality of Temascaltepec, State of Mexico, during August-September of 2015, divided into five periods of 15 days. Cows (PV 628±72 kg), had different numbers of births and lactation time. The analysis of results showed that the TOL, and gain were 1 345.10, 1 377.80 and 1 323.00 pesos, the last mayor to the . The farmer not optimizes its inputs, so that, the results of the become technical recommendation for both this product and for those who operate under similar conditions.
