REFORMA DEL ARTICULO 27 CONSTITUCIONAL EN EL SALINISMO. ¿SIN EFECTOS? ESTUDIO DE CASO: 2010 - 2018

Abstract: In the present work a research tends to answer questions about whether the reforms of salinismo to Article 27 of the Constitution have influenced land tenure in Mexico. Starting from objectives that seek to clear this unknown; The study deepens fieldwork that undoubtedly are capable of reaching more depth than those that can be perceived by an official national survey. The study area was 16 communities of the municipality of Hidalgo in the state of Durango whose particularity is marginalization and migration. The results obtained have allowed us to know that there is a very convenient simulation on the part of the producers who state in official surveys that they have not yet alienated their lands, but in reality these are exploited by representatives who, under the protection of a letter of power, make decisions on the lands of the original owners.
