Abstract:
The present work leads us to know the qualities of leadership as an important characteristic to improve the quality in the academic life of the academic bodies (CA) in the different Institutions of Higher Education (IES) of the country. All this, around consolidating and sustaining the collegiate activity of the CAs, visualizing the quality and responsibility of these to facilitate learning at the regional and national level in the reconstruction and conduct of a harmonious, balanced and humanistic culture that our society currently requires; all this detached from an educational or pedagogical leadership of the members of the CA, coming to consolidate the arduous, tenacious and constructive work for the benefit of a contemporary society that generates the driving force of change in the life of the family, institution and organizations of the country; where educational and cultural models are the main tools that consolidate the CA’s to support the educational and generational development of our society in the future.
