Abstract: Women have played a key role in social life, assuming functions of reproduction work and responsibility for the functioning of families and home, involving daily work unpaid and recognized as unproductive, but essential in the development of societies.Women face serious difficulties in accessing gainful employment, higher unemployment affects young women with average levels of education. Women are active in the labor market but have difficulties accessing focusing on sectors with low productivity and income. Mostly they work in the service sector. This work aims to identify economic and social impacts on men and women differently before the implementation stage of a productive project for an equitable distribution of resources, opportunities and benefits to promote greater participation of women in a Cooperative Society actively in a company producing agave distillates in the Municipality of Zumpahuacán, Mexico. through the implementation of a workshop paper making agave to label bottles for sale, considering a Diagnostic Analysis, an analytical analysis through a tree problem, a Planning Matrix Project (MPP) was developed, and finally an investment budget for the implementation of Agave Paper Workshop.
