Abstract: This article is a document of great bibliographical value because it is a search at an international level. It was conducted in Latin-America to review the rural politics of the Inter-American Bank of Development. The author and his collaborators summarize and make short each one of the opinions given by specialists, experts and studious professionals of primary economy within the Inter-American region. This is the reason why the magazine wants to publish this important and interesting essay which completely illustrates us about the importance of socioeconomy.
