Abstract:
Lack of vision, instead of finding new facts, is key problem of modern economic science. The art of economics is lost due to the fact that economists favoured methodology of Positive economics. Methodology of Arts of economics is much more complex, less deterministic, relies upon institutions and close connection between economy and society. Instead of U-topia, economists should develop Ev-topia, economy and society that develops and changes itself. This system fosters knowledge, human capacities, and systematically incorporates all new knowledge, adapting itself to changing
