Human Capital in Digital Economy

Abstract: By the human-intelectual capital it is put one’s arms around the epicenter of the next human civilization development. The main intelectual effort of the man in the past time was to much change to the surround, and much low to his material structure, and particulary, to cognitive processess. It is obviously to beleive that one of the challenge way of the research in the science and technology will be to increase the intelectual capacity and urge the people creative, because it is the main agens for the stable process of civilization in the next milenium.
