Operational Planning in the Complete Logistics System

Abstract:
Operational logistics planing is gaining importance in the business, namely in a gradual improvement and estabilishment of the companis's complete logistics system.Realization of goals of the mentioned system depends directly on the quality of operational logistics planning, which is increasingly acquiring characteristics of an complete syustem. Through the decrease of operationl costs, operational planing directly influences the creation of added value of the port's servises.
