Analytic Frame for the Selection of the Strategy of a Company

Abstract:
Strategic planning is in its great deal a periodic activity which is performed in order to face company with the changes in the environment. Strategy is a planned decision, based upon goals and policy, which is used for setting up the ways of realization of the goals and policy in company's business. Strategy is science and skill of using different ways to accomplish and achieve the goals. Company is forced to learn not only from its own experience, but also from the experience of other companies. Continual adjustment and progress in contemporary economy means creating new values for customers, otherwise there isn't any stimulation for buying products and services.
