Abstract:
The paper analyzes the banking and financial problems in Serbia. Model in which banks operate in Serbia is unsustinable, and we all know, but this problem must be solved gradually. This is a brief diagnosis of Marek Belka, Director of European Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). What everyone knows by Belка, only for Serbia’s Secret. Reforms can not be implemented overnight or within a few months, but take years for them.
