The importance of using decision analysis, styles and types to resolve management problems. The process follows sequences of problem identification, alternative solution generation, conseqence analyses, solutions and implementation, evaluation, and feedback. The researcher’s job is to actively investigate problems before they appear and anticipate their importance. Managers must discover corporative resources to resolve problems before they take on greater meaning.
