Abstract:
Companies are organizational forms that are permanently exposed to the environment, in terms of risks and apportunities that it provides, and therefore interactive relationship in which the company will be able to recognize danger and take advanta of apportunities that come from the environment that is the key to success, survival and development in a particular environment. Such a concept implies the inclusion of science-based knowledge through analysis of the factors that operate in the environment, point out the mos realistic path to success in terms of balanced relations between enterprises and opportunities requires the environment, expressed trough acceptable strategy in the enterprise performance.
