Abstract:
The paper deals with the stage management of transition in the model of managing organizational change. Organizations active in the transition stage of implementing change and the worst part of the changes where spent most of the time and energy. Therefore, transition management is the key to successful implementation of change. General management of transition activities are communication and vision plans, authority employees and implementation plans. In addition, are shown and activities related to the completion of the transition, including the evaluation of the implementation of changes.
