Strategy Development as a Management Tool in Services Sector

Abstract: The changes that have taken place in the field of economy and technology in recent decades, actualized the importance and role of the services sector. Services sector has become a key of new development, and on his encouragement and liberalization, regulation and protection, all the leading countries in the world based on its new concept of development. Today in the services sector, as a national and global, dynamic developments taking place and happens most changes. The development and meaning of the services sector, causing a number of positive phenomena such as increased employment, growth of international trade, technological and economic changes.
