Abstract:
The paper starts from the development business processes management and emphasizes the complexity of issues that the discipline of management includes. The complex nature of the interconnection of components of the organization requires the integration process with the structure, systems and other components of the organization, therefore, implementation business processes management leads to significant changes in components of the organizational system. The paper discusses the changes the system of human resource management in the implementation of business processes and to two major areas: training and learning and compensation system.
