Abstract:
The world is rapidly changing fundamentally. Changes are taking place both in economic and in social and general social sphere of action. Drastic changes are taking place especially in the economies of developed countries, where some new resources appear to be relevant and dominating. It is an applicative knowledge and intellectual capital - that intangible values. It is these resources provide the feature of the process of economic and social progress in the modern world.
