Production Consulting as Factor of Technical- Technological Work Protection

Abstract:
Initially, production is a process of transformation of certain inputs in some required outputs in a form of goods or services. In that way, function of production could not be implemented strictly on manufacturing sector but also other activities, such as civil engineering or transportation, health and even to some sectors of administration. The goal of consultants is to advise managers when needed, what is the optimal way to accomplish production goals. During carrying out of its functions, consultant in production management in most of the cases could measure and estimate efficiency of his work very precisely. Considering previous, consultants are in much better position than their colleagues in other fields, as strategic management and working management.
