Analysis of Consumption of Organic Products in Nisava District

Abstract: Current living conditions have imposed the imperative need for transition to organic way of production due to enormous environmental pollution and excessive exploration of natural resources by traditional way of production. Organic production combine tradition, innovations and science in order to improve environment, develop fair relationships and good life quality for everyone involved. The aim of this work was to analyze the consumption of organic products in Nis district by using multivariate analyze method. Technics of multivariate analyze determine the types of organic products represented in consumption of Nis district population, way of supplying with this products, influence of media and world economic crisis to their consumption. The results obtained in this study indicate the existence of significant growth and development of organic production and consumption of organic products.
