Market and Prices as Criteria for Evaluation of Investment Projects

Abstract:
The article emphasizes the importance of market analysis in projects focused at solving the enterprise problems, aiming at better positioning of a firm on the market. Complete overview of market influences and prices represents an important conceptual and methodological aspect of the creation and realization of projects. Modern environment is in essence the project-oriented environment that incorporates the existence of interaction between the firm and its environment. The most relevant factor is the ambiance in which a firm is active, e.g. market conditions. Management team and its activities have a special importance in the realization of defined goals.
