Abstract: Modern business surroundings, being present on all national markets in the world, requires an open “market competition“ for all enterprises ready to compete their rivals. Having in mind the fact that in the last decade of the twentieth century this country had numerous difficulties (the war,economic and political sanctions, hiperinflation, etc.) and its economy suffered a lot, there are still tendencies (after a hard period) in the economy and society for making economical and social progress.
