Creation of the State Budget

Abstract: Budget revenues and expenditures must be in balance. During the year the Government or the relevant executive body of local government may dispose of the funds in the budget are achieved by the end of this year. The user can make budget commitments and use the budget appropriation of the amount determined for a particular purpose in the budget or appropriation to the amount specified in the scheme. Revenue collection is not limited to the amounts reported revenue in the budget.
