Abstract:
Establishment of corporate business systems or corporative companies by introducing decentralization and chain of subcontractor competences is the process that enabled the realization of long-term increase in performance, growth, and development for companies and business systems of market economy in developed countries. Business efficiency and effectiveness of the company is not possible without constant adjustment of the management environment in which the organization operates. The processes that have been established in most developed countries of the global economy suggest ways for their implementation.
