Abstract: Tourism economy are dynamic transformation to the foreign bids and the foreign demand, which is largely act in the intensity and quality of his development. As well as area economy tourism is situated in continual progression, and after the Second World War II can be noticed two main phases in the structure demand and supply tourist services, pfordism phase and the post-pfordism. New tourism means set non-standard tourist services with competitive prices, answering demands new tourist demand, and also and requirements natural and social environment and economic requirements destination.
