Abstract:
Setting up norms to regulate foreign investments is a prerequisite for attracting foreign investments with a major effect on the investors’ decision to invest in Serbia. Inconsistency and uncertainty in the application of the legal solutions are the main problems that Serbia must solve in order to attract foreign investors.
