Abstract: During the determination of the case and target goals versus scientific research, it is necessary to satisfy the principle of complete, exact and timely reporting of balance. Previously mentioned, in view of any and every business entity, is the reason for the perception versus the realistic presentation of the financial situation and business entities. Because, permanent, present evaluation of the financial position, and under inluencijom numerous and heterogeneous internal and external factors, there is a need for propulsive and complex analysis of the current situation, trends and ex ante perspective, looking at growth and development of business entities.
