Abstract:
The organization should redefine commitment to employees in a way that will be beneficial to both parties. Employees want to feel emotionally connected to their work and organization, that is, they want to know that their business and the business of the organization has a wider, positive meaning and impact on the community as a whole. The organizations are often expected commitment, which has been a major category that means, but it is explicit. For managers worldwide, major challenge in the time ahead will be the motivation of people who work with them. A person never will bring a great sacrifice or effort for the money, but because of some other, intangible moments. Inspiration, afflauts, a higher goal and purpose do not come from money. The most important thing is what is most difficult to copy, and that arethe relationship of love, trust and mutual respect, understanding and harmony among people.
