Abstract:
Our economy is in the process of contraction and it is expected that this year decrease of DBP will come to amount of 1,5 percent. There are also some other macro economical parameters which are unfavorable such as: increasing outland trade deficiency, difficult situation also regarding foreign direct investments аnd unemployment rate has already increased to 26 percent. There is no safe business surrounding if in the state law rule does not function in it, implying that state administration manages its business in the right way, obeying certain standards. It is expected from the state organs to examine disputable privatizations the best way possible, because this is basic when presenting Serbia as a state, to decrease the level of corruption.
