Abstract:
The article is devoted to the revelation of systemic and structural links of international and national criminal law on macro and micro-levels. As a result of conducted comparative analysis the author makes recommendations, aimed at optimization of legal definitions of several norms of Russian Federation Criminal Code, stipulating responsibility for crimes in the sphere of economic activity.
