Theoretical Basis of the Concept of National Innovation Systems

Abstract:
For many years in economics belief that innovation capacity of the economy is an important determinant of international competitiveness of countries and supporting the premise of development of economy and society based on knowledge. Bearing in mind that argument, on one hand, and recognizing that the improvement of national innovation capacity is becoming every day more and more important component of strategies for economic and social development of many countries, on the other hand, the paper provides a basic theoretical explication of the three key learning of this concept is based.
