Leading Teams

Abstract: The teams are reality in the biggest organizations, but they are liders owing to the possibility of teams, then to drive on submit. The functional teams are the typical part of the traditional organizational structure. Cross-functional teams are, including the teams for decide of problems, process-improving of teams, and changeable-teams, are frequently the representatives of the organise best necessary to parts to the teams parts. Cross –functional teams can evolve (to change yourself) to the independent direct teams, which are members before, than the center of leaders and performing. Two types of virtual teams and global teams were resulted owing to the progress of technology, the change of expect the technology, the change of the expect employee workmen and globalization of business. New technology support team work and raise the press to the organizations in order to show the satisfactory for the business parts, and breadth of the participation of information.
