Abstract: The key position in the strategic thinking today takes the idea of achieving excellent results from companies required to acquire and maintain an advantage over competitors. Companies that strive to achieve an advantage over rivals, forced to with the least possible cost of developing specific skills or superb value thanks to realize differentiation. If this is achieved, the company realise the dominant market share and above average profitability. The aim of this study is to emphasizing the importance of the concept of competitive advantage and emphasize the need for why the measure of competitive advantage is so important, and the diversity of ways the assessment of competitive advantage. As more companies, including domestic and tries to assess its competitive advantage and is preferably preserved. For the sitematic analisysis and select true configuration of enterprise advantage and for the choice of necessary resources for the acquire and guarding this advantage of possibility on the select markets it will be on benefit of concept frame.
