Abstract:
Strategic alliances in any case are not a universal solution to achievement all the objectives of a company. They may not even be the most desirable solution in all situations. The prerequisites for their implementation and realization are not met by every company. However, there can be no doubt that their importance in increasing the competitiveness of individual companies, regarding the market and business globalization, is on the rise.
