Abstract: The goal of online business are sales and profit. To achieve the goals, it is necessary to understand the decision making process of leads. Mapping the online purchase process enables undestanding of phases of buying and factors that influence the decision to buy. On the other hand, the online sales process mapping enables organisations to monitor the necessary sales and marketing activities related to the conversion of visitors into customers of products.
