World Economic Crisis and Concepts of Post-Crisis Development

Abstract: The world in which we live is constantly changing, and the research of changeс enables the appearance of theories which more competent to explain economic reality. World events in recent years have shown that the economic crisis are the reality of capitalism Mature view of the world which is in the process of the creation again activated to Marxist theory in the West, on the one hand, and pointed to obviously depreciated role of institutes in technological progress, on the other (side). This paper has two main purposes. One is to explain how, exactly, the elements of the methodology and theory of classical and modern Marxism help investigating the cause of the crisis and demonstrating ways to overcome them. The other is to review the role of institutes in technological progress which in the large extent determine the speed and effectiveness of the development of the new technologies in the economic system.
