Storytelling as a Modern Tool of Construction of Information Security Corporate Culture

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to highlight the importance of organizational storytelling as a modern instrument for the construction of information-security corporate culture. The paper defines the term “”storytelling”, formulates the basic tasks of using it, as well as the storytelling application areas in the organization. As a special emphasis on corporate culture of information security, the paper discusses the technology for creating information-security corporate culture, as well as transmission, dissemination and preservation of knowledge and information in an organization, with the use of storytelling. The paper, based on analysis of literature and practice, emphasizes the advantages of storytelling in the formation of learning and information-security organization culture.
