Abstract:
Foreign direct investment in transition countries are very important for the development of Serbia and countries in transition. Transition is synonymous changes. Research that is before us is that countries that have in transition greater inflow of foreign capital have achieved very good results in the transition economies, as opposed to those that made smaller inflow of foreign capital, which are behind in their achievements in the transition period. Moreover, the aspirations of this work were presented by: a). the effects of FDI development of Serbia and countries in transition and b) the most important aspects that prejudice issue of FDI in the region of SEE and the Balkans (with special emphasis on Serbia).
