Abstract:
Corporative management is a system that directs and controls corporation business, which includes precisely defined relation between managing board, supervisory board, stock holders and other parties inside and outside the company. Good corporative management has to provide proper stimulations for achievement of goals which or in the interest of the company and its stock holders, to enable effective business tracking, as well as to stimulate corporations to efficiently use resources at their disposal.
