Abstract: Activities of public enterprises are of special importance for the people and country. It is the refore logical that these companies are under the control of the state. Influencing traits tend with drawal state from public enterprises. Such determinations are not based on a tested will of voters or on the results of scientific research. Sale of public enterprises is encouraged from abroad. Serbian with drawal from public enterprise has risks. Risks are in the area of social policy and practice.
