Abstract: In this paper we present main directions and development perspectives of entrepreneurs cognition research which starts from basic question how entrepreneurs thinking, that is which cognition structures individuals using during estimation making or different decisions about starting and developing business projects. Understanding of cognition perspectives provide significant contribution in answering on following questions: why some persons deciding to become entrepreneurs and other not? Why some persons recognize opportunities for new products and services development and why other not? Why some entrepreneurs are more successful than others? These questions are more specific than general question in cognition physiology as how people thinking? Answers on mentioned questions can be very important if we have on mind fact that individuals can crating wealth through identification and exploitation of market opportunities.
