Agroholdings as a basis for the formation of a corporate agricultural structure in Ukraine

Abstract: Our research considers the processes of making holdings in agrarian sector, declares its sources and scales, explores the economic effects of agroholdings’ development. It is stressed on the necessity of regulating of corporate structures in agrofood sector in Ukraine by the rent basis.
