Trends in the Development of Meat Production and Trade in the EU Countries at the Beginning of the XXI Century

Abstract: In the article the tendencies of development of production of meat on the whole and on its separate kinds, and also trade by them by the countries of EU from the beginning of current century are explored. The changes of export-import of meat between the „old” (ES-15-15) and „new” members of ES are analysed.
