Main priorities of state support of development of the material and technical base of agrarian enterprises

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to substantiate the directions of improvement of the material and technical base of agrarian enterprises on basis of determining the main priorities of state support of development of their material and technical base. Research methods: statistical and economic, calculation, comparative analysis. Research results. There’s been determined a role of the state in improvement the agriculture equipment by the main production assets, taking into account the achievements of scientific and technological progress. It will accelerate the solution of important tasks for further intensification of production, promote the introduction of advanced technologies in agrarian enterprises, and increase labor productivity. The research of finance state programs and budget financing of Ukraine confirms that public spending on programs to promote innovation and investment development, such as product support, as well as agricultural scientific researches and inventions, are the most important driving forces of agricultural development and its competitiveness ensuring. Elements of scientific novelty. The importance of institutional provision and state support forming of the material and technical base of agrarian enterprises with the proposition of their modernization through the interrelated tools of state, market and joint regulation has been revealed and grounded.
