Organizational and economic mechanism of production of prebasic spire cereal seeds

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to develop an effective organizational and economic mechanism for the production of prebasic categories of spire cereal seeds and determine the basis for the formation of its production cost. Research methodology. In the research process have been used such scientific methods: dialectical method of cognition for the analysis of scientific works of scientists on the problems of organizational and economic mechanism; calculation methods for determining the volumes of work, material costs and production cost in different stages of prebasic categories of seeds production. Research results. The organizational and economic mechanism of the production of prebasic spire seeds has been proposed, which is based on the optimization of production and its innovative development. The peculiarities of the organizational and economic mechanism of production of prebasic categories of seeds have been determined. There’s been made the calculation of works volumes, material costs and production cost at stages of prebasic categories of seeds production, which allows solving the problem of more rational use of labor resources of a scientific institution engaged in the seeds production. The analysis of formation of material costs at each stage of prebasic categories of seeds reproduction has been detailed. This provides with the rational formation of the cost of spire cereal seeds and the efficiency of its production and selling. Elements of scientific novelty. The description of the components of the organizational and economic mechanism of prebasic categories of seeds production in the system of the state scientific institution has been given. The methodology for calculating the production cost of all categories of prebasic seed has been proposed. Practical significance. It has been substantiated that the accomplished organizational and economic mechanism of prebasic categories of seeds production is one of the main elements of an adaptation of scientific institution to the conditions of an external circumference that will provide successful functioning and sustainable development during the period of insufficient state financing.
