The analytical potential of the abstract-logical research method in the field of agricultural policy

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to highlight the analytical potential of the abstract-logical research method of agrarian policy in terms of compliance with the universal laws of the conformity of agrarian relations to nature and level of productive forces development during land reforms and their socio-economic consequences. Research methods. The theoretical basis of the study was the philosophical foundations of knowledge of the dialectics of the economic form of the matter motion, the works of scientists on the methodology of studying economic phenomena and processes, and the algorithm for organizing scientific research. The monographic method is used to unleash the analytical potential of the abstract-logical method of studying agricultural policy in retrospect from the point of view of observing the universal pattern of matching agricultural relations to the level and nature of the development of agricultural productive forces. The ascent from the abstract to the concrete, systemic-structural, and other techniques allowed us to formulate the purpose of the article, the elements of scientific novelty, practical significance, and conclusions. Research results. The analytical possibilities of the complex application of the methods to the abstract-logical method of studying agricultural policy over the past century and a half are highlighted in the context of observing a universal pattern regarding the adequacy of agricultural relations to the level and nature of the development of productive forces in the countryside as a result of land transformations carried out by various metropolises in the regions of modern Ukraine. Using this method, the socioeconomic and humanitarian consequences of the agrarian policy aimed at a radical change in ownership of agricultural land at different periods of agricultural history and at the present stage are analyzed. Scientific novelty. Using the abstract logical method on the example of an agrarian policy that took place on the territory of Ukraine during the period of colonial dependence, it was possible to identify the socio-economic and humanitarian consequences caused by non-compliance with the laws regarding the adequacy of production relations to the level and nature of the development of the productive agricultural forces. Practical significance. he materials can be taken into account by agricultural policy developers during the finalization of state regulations aimed at opening the market for agricultural land rights in order to avoid an acute phase of conflict of socio-economic interests of peasants, producers, UTC, regions, society and the state.
