Organizational-economic socialization of entrepreneurship under the conditions of economic transformation

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to characterize the trends of organizational and economic socialization of entrepreneurship in rural areas under the conditions of economic transformation. Research methods. The presentation of the material in accordance with the goal is based on the methodology: knowledge of the theoretical provisions of entrepreneurship; criteria for organizational and economic socialization; analysis of the composition of organizational forms of management; coverage of the characteristics of the effectiveness of the entrepreneurial activity with a projection on the socio-economic situation of rural areas, employment, remuneration, etc. Research results. The interrelation of economic and social features of entrepreneurship in the mechanism of market management is theoretically and methodologically substantiated. The essence of socialization of entrepreneurship as a functional basis in building a socially oriented economy is characterized. Criteria for the practice of socialization of entrepreneurship have been systematized in terms of expanding the organizational and legal structures of business. The methodological connection of economic socialization of agricultural enterprises with the factors of structure and socio-economic efficiency of their activity was evaluated and proved. Scientific novelty. The criteria of organizational and economic socialization of entrepreneurship are determined and the methodological feasibility of applying an interdisciplinary approach to the analysis of rural management is proved. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used to justify the social effectiveness of organizational and legal structures and the performance of agricultural enterprises, as well as to assess the prospects for rural development.
