The principal contradictions of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine and ways to resolve them

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to outline the principal contradictions of the organizational and economic mechanism at the present stage of development of the agrarian sphere of Ukraine, to substantiate the ways of their settlement. Research methods. The research used dialectical and logical methods of scientific knowledge, a systematic approach to studying current trends in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, a set of methods for processing statistical data that characterize the interaction of individual components of the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation. Research results. The existence of essential contradictions in the functioning of the state regulatory system is proved. The corresponding contradictions, inconsistencies, and instability of its principal components at the present stage of development of the agrarian sphere of Ukraine are determined. Scientific novelty. The essence of contradictions of the organizational and economic mechanism of development of the agrarian sphere of Ukraine is revealed, the mechanisms which have the most significant influence on its functioning are defined, the ways of their improvement are offered. Practical significance. The study results can be taken into account in the preparation of draft legislation in-depth research in the educational process to improve the system of public administration of the agricultural sector of Ukraine.
