PREFERENCE AMONG RISKY PROSPECTS UNDER CONSTANT RISK AVERSION

Abstract: Risk analyses often require a measure of individual risk aversion. Here a procedure is presented to calculate risk aversion parameter ranges wherein individuals would exhibit preference among a set of risky prospects.
